Our traditional recipe uses only purified water, slow-cultured sourdough, and sea salt, with no additives or preservatives. Baking on volcanic stone seals in the natural moisture, creating a soft center that contrasts with a deeply crispy, caramelized crust.

To achieve the best sensory experience with this artisanal bread, we recommend preheating your oven to 180°C (356°F) and baking the loaf for approximately 8 to 10 minutes. This will reactivate the natural oils of the whole grain and restore the crust’s signature stone-oven crispness. Once removed from the oven, it is essential to let it rest on a wire rack for at least 15 minutes before slicing. This allows the crumb structure to settle and the nutty aromas to fully develop.
