It contains no added commercial yeast, preservatives, or artificial additives, ensuring a deep flavor profile and superior digestibility thanks to its 24-hour resting period.

For best results, allow the 100% sourdough bread to rest at room temperature before serving to fully appreciate its aroma and texture. To enhance its crispy crust, lightly warm it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5–8 minutes. Slice with a serrated bread knife to preserve its structure and achieve clean cuts.
