The mini croissant includes fortified wheat flour, vegetable margarine, water, sugar, yeast, and egg, ensuring its flaky texture and delicious flavor.

Remove the products from the freezer and place them on a tray, on parchment paper or a Silpat mat (leave 3cm between each one). Defrost the product for 15 to 30 minutes at room temperature Bake without steam for 13 to 15 minutes at 170 +/- 10°C (oven preheated to 190°C) Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Tips: After 3 hours, give it a quick burst of heat before serving: 15 seconds in a fast oven, or 2 minutes in a conventional oven at 160°C.
