Remove the box from the freezer and place it in a refrigerator between 0 and 4°C for 30 minutes. Open the box and remove the dessert with its base. Cut the desired portions with a hot knife. Return the portioned dessert to its box and store in the freezer (maximum 1 month) or in the refrigerator (maximum 2 days). To serve, if stored frozen, defrost the portions for 1 to 2 hours between 0 and 4°C, or 15 minutes at room temperature. To serve whole: Defrost for 3-4 hours between 0 and 4°C in the refrigerator (keep for a maximum of 2 days)
